About me

I’m Leigh. For twenty years I’ve run digital marketing inside big, complicated businesses (the Post Office, Aon, JLT and Marsh McLennan), usually at the point where things needed joining up: sites, teams, platforms and numbers.

In 2026 I built a production SaaS platform on my own, with AI agents doing the heavy lifting. It taught me more about practical AI than any course could, and it’s the operating model I bring to every marketing team now.

I’m looking for a permanent marketing leadership role close to home in Surrey or Hampshire, somewhere I can build one function properly and stay to see it compound.
